The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) invites firms to submit a Quotation for the following: Supply Keurig (K-cups) coffee machines, drip coffee machines with multiple elements, including coffee, tea, and supplies (sugar, milk, creamers, stir sticks, artificial sweeteners, cups, and filters) to designated points within the WCB's office facilities located at 333 Broadway and 363 Broadway for a sixty (60) month period.

•10% creamers
•Coffee cups (8oz)
•Stir sticks
•Coffee Filters(drip machines)
•Green Tea
•Hot Chocolate
Deliverables to include the following:
•The Contractor will deliver the supply of coffee, tea and supplies as needed during the term of the Agreement.
•The Contractor will be required to resupply the products during Business Hours.
•Machines will be maintained or replaced as needed during the term of the Agreement.
•The Contractor must provide a contact with whom WCB staff can call and/or e-mail to request resupply and notify if any machine issues arise.
•The Contractor is expected to replenish supplies within the next Business Day and replace or repair any malfunctioning machines in a timely fashion.
A Contractor that is a corporation or partnership will, prior to providing the Services, provide written proof that it is in good legal standing to carry on business in Manitoba and shall remain so for the duration of the Services.
Even if the Contractor is not required pursuant to The Workers Compensation Act to have and maintain workers compensation coverage in Manitoba, the WCB shall require the Contractor to purchase and maintain workers compensation coverage for its workers who will be providing the Services in Manitoba.
It is expected the Services will be required for an initial period of 60 (5) months/years with a preferred start date of Wednesday, December 10th, 2025.
