MBLL requires a Bidder to provide a 2025 or newer tractor, with the installed accessories (save the forks attachment) requested in a timely, cost effective, and sustainable manner. Tractor and accessories must be delivered prior to March 6, 2026.

The closing date for submission is September 24, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Winnipeg
time.

The offer is to be submitted in English.
This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to
Manitoba Crown corporations.
