The University of Manitoba, Purchasing Services, is requesting submissions through the UM Purchasing Portal on the Euna Procurement Submission Portal Service (formerly named Bonfire). Open to: Capable General Construction Contractors with Experience in Providing Construction Management Type Services
Closing Date: November 5, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. (Winnipeg Local Time)
Construction Budget: $4,000,000.00.
Insurance Requirements: The Bidder shall prepare and submit Attachment D. As part of their proposal. Bidders should provide a Certificate of Insurance according to the requirements stated within the CCDC 5B Contract document. The awarded Bidder (the CM) awarded the contract must comply with the insurance requirements outlined within the CCDC5B contract used for this project. Addenda: Please note that bidders are required to monitor the site where the competition is hosted, i.e. the EUNA Procurement Submission Portal Service (formerly named Bonfire), for all addenda. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure all addenda were received and to acknowledge receipt of all addenda on the bid form. Failure to comply may result in your bid being rejected.
