Description

The Municipality of St. Clements invites qualified bidders for the following:

RFQ 2025-10: The Municipality of St. Clements intends to enter into a formal agreement with a curbside refuse and recycling collection contractor for three years commencing February 3, 2026 with the option to extend annually up to an additional two years upon mutual agreement of the Contractor and the RM of St. Clements.

Tender documents and any issued addenda will be posted to MERX. The RM of St. Clements Curbside Collection By-law is available from the Municipal Offices or website. Sealed and clearly marked submissions “RFQ 2025-10 Curbside Collection” will be accepted by the Municipal Office located at 1043 Kittson Rd, East Selkirk until 2:00 p.m. local time on November 5, 2025. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities and informalities therein, and award the tender in the best interest of the Municipality in its sole discretion.
