The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to identify experienced and capable Respondents to determine:
1. Current technologies that can provide the following in one unit/system:
  1. stop bar detection;
  2. traffic data collection in terms of turning movements and directional movement;
  3. traffic data collection in terms of user classification for all vehicular traffic, cyclists and pedestrian.
2. Current software for data gathering and analysis.
3. Current license and/or subscription models.
