Final Mile Liquor Home Delivery

Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) requires a Contractor to provide MBLL is requesting proposals for Final Mile Liquor Delivery Services for the loading, carrying, delivering, and unloading of liquor products to customers located in Brandon and Winnipeg including St Norbert, Headingly, West St Paul, and East St Paul, on a scheduled and/or as-required basis, in a timely, cost effective and sustainable manner.
The closing date for submission is January 30, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Winnipeg time.
Any resulting contract will have an expected duration of three (3) years; with MBLL’s option to exercise two (2) additional one-year terms.

The offer is to be submitted in English.

This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to Manitoba Crown corporations.
