Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the Gillam Residential Housing Renovation Project.
Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the renovation of (15) fifteen homes in the Town of the Gillam, Manitoba. The work shall include the interior including new flooring, paint, doors, kitchens, existing basements to be demolished and in most cases with the basement exterior wall being refinished, complete with electrical panel replacement in multiple residences.
The objective of this Proposal is to secure the services of experienced and reliable General Contractor for the interior renovations of fifteen (15) homes in Gillam, Manitoba.

All proposals/tenders must meet all of the following criteria, in Manitoba Hydro’s determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation process:
(a) Evidence the Proponent is COR Certified or ISO 45001 Certified
