2025-013 - Gravel Crushing Program 2026

Rossburn Municipality is accepting a sealed 1-year tender for the crushing gravel from a designated gravel pit to designated roads at specified gravel quantities per mile in two separate zones. The Municipality shall be split into two Zones:  Zone 1 and Zone 2. Tenders will be accepted in whole or in part, Contractors could bid for Zone 1, Zone 2 or both.   
The work to be done under this contract shall consist of the stripping and crushing of gravel at the gravel pit located at SE 11-20-23W (Crown Pit).
The work could consist of the stripping and crushing of gravel at an alternative pit, the Contractor will be required to submit in writing a request to use an alternative pit and provide proof of material quality. This special request would require approval of the Council by resolution.
