MANDATORY BIDDERS BRIEFING has been scheduled for Tuesday, December 23, 2025 @9:30 a.m. at the location of Prairie Rose School, outside the main entrance, 105 Lucas Ave., Winnipeg, MB.

Prime Contract Bidders are required to attend in order to submit a valid bid.

This Procurement is subject all Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Trade Agreements.
