The North exterior Emergency Exit Stairwell pilings at the CA Arena ,Thompson Regional Community Center have become unstable. The stairwell is exerting immense pressure on the exterior of the building because of the movement of the pilings. The city wants to return the foundation for the stairwell to a stable state
