Title: Lagimodiere Twin Overpasses Over CPKC Keewatin Rehabilitation and Related Works: Contract 2 – Bridge Structures, Roadworks, and Land Drainage
D3. SCOPE OF WORK
D3.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the rehabilitation of Lagimodiere Twin Overpasses over CPKC Keewatin Subdivision/Concordia Avenue, embankment widening of the bridges approaches including slope stabilization, Lagimodiere Boulevard pavement renewals from Almey Avenue to Grassie Boulevard including the interchange exit/entrance ramps, pavement renewals on eastbound Concordia Avenue from Molson Street to Peguis Street, new active transportation pathways and drainage upgrades.
D3.2 The Work to be done under the Contract will consist of two parts:
(a) Part 1 – 2026 City Funded Works
(b) Part 2 – 2027 City Funded Works
D3.3 Part 1 – 2026 City Funded Works will consist of:
(a) Southbound bridge structure rehabilitation
(b) Mobilization/Demobilization (Part 1)
D3.4 Part 2 – 2027 City Funded Works will consist of:
(a) Northbound Bridge Structure Rehabilitation works
(b) Overhead Sign Structure
(c) Southbound Lagimodiere Rehabilitation and Widening (Grassie to southerly construction limit)
(d) Southbound Exit and Entrance Ramps Rehabilitation
(e) Northbound Lagimodiere Rehabilitation (southerly construction limit to approximately 20+800 and from approximately station 22+000 to northerly construction limit)
(f) Northbound Lagimodiere Rehabilitation and Widening (from approximately station 20+800 to approximately station 22+000)
(g) Northbound Exit and Entrance Ramps
(h) Lagimodiere Active Transportation Path Construction (Reenders to Ravelston West)
(i) Concordia Active Transportation Path Construction (Molson to Peguis)
(j) Concordia Rehabilitation and Urbanization (various sections)
(k) Mobilization/Demobilization (Part 2)
