The purpose of the RFP is to solicit bids from qualified contractors for a price to perform the work. The Agreement is anticipated to commence on May 1st, 2026, or such other date as may be mutually agreed to in writing.

The overall scope of the work shall include approximately:

850 square meters of concrete work
250 meters of land drainage pipe
2350 square meters of topsoil & sod
