Description

On behalf of the Portage La Prairie School Division, the project consists of an envelope replacement to the main and lower floors of the existing school facility. Work is to include the partial demolition and replacement of existing exterior wall construction c/w removal of existing windows, wall mounted fixtures and miscellaneous equipment. The scope will include selective interior work, associated mechanical and electrical upgrades, as well as exterior grading.

A mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, January 8th, 2026 commencing at 10:00am local time. Attendees are to assemble at the Portage Collegiate Institute East General Office, accessed from 3rd Street SW in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba. The site visit is mandatory for all General Contractors who wish to submit bids for this project. Failure to attend will result in a bid not being accepted. Other subcontractors are welcome, but not required to attend.
