1.0 Summary and Objectives:
1.1 Manitoba Department of Public Service Delivery, Asset Management Division is issuing this Procurement Notice (PN) 4007702 to inform the market of an upcoming Invitation to Tender (ITT) 4007702-b1 to achieve the following objectives:
1.2 To introduce the Exterior Door Replacement, Supply and Install (the “Project”) at the Leaf Rapids Town Center to prospective contractors.
1.3 To provide advance notice of a forthcoming Invitation to Tender (ITT) #4007702-b1, providing prospective contactors time to prepare for the ITT.
1.4 Section 2 of this document provides a brief description of the Project scope, all of which will be provided in further detail in the forthcoming ITT.
1.5 This PN is not a tender process, nor a request for proposal, but only information notice to the formal ITT Procurement related to this posting. No legal relationship or obligation regarding the procurement of any good or service shall be created between a Proponent and Manitoba by this PN. 2.0 General Project Scope:
2.1 Replacement of exterior doors in three (3) locations including the removal and preparation as well as supply and installation of frame, doors and hardware.
2.2 The replacement doors shall meet emergency egress requirements and increase building security through the use of heavy duty material and security astragals to resist prying or tampering.
2.2 Location of work is the Leaf Rapids Town Centre, Leaf Rapids, Manitoba.
3.0 Tentative ITT Timeline Dates:
3.1 Posting of Invitation to Tender – May 29, 2025
3.2 Submission Deadline – June 17, 2025
