Description

Manitoba Housing is seeking Proponent(s) to provide services primarily directed towards tenants in nearby Manitoba Housing owned buildings, which are Princess Park / Princess Towers, and Lawson Lodge, and secondarily to adults residing in the downtown area of Brandon within the one-storey, approximately 6,400 square foot commercial space available at 241-8th Street, in Brandon, Manitoba. Services most likely to be considered would be non-commercial in nature, and would provide enrichment to the quality of life for the tenants in the above properties.

A site visit can be arranged for the purposes of Proponent(s) seeking information with which to help develop a Proposal. Proponents may contact the MHRC Brandon District Office at (204) 726-6455 to arrange a site visit.
