Description

Efficiency Manitoba (EM) is issuing the following Request for Pre-Qualification (the “RFPQ”) to identify and pre-qualify Contractors capable of providing a full-service Program delivery model for the Indigenous Small Business Program (the “Program”) as further described in Appendix I – Description of Services andRequirements. The Indigenous Small Business Program supports Eligible Customers to plan and implement energy efficiency upgrades that fit their business needs to reduce their energy consumption by offering energy efficient upgrades
