Description

The Rural Municipality of Gimli (the Municipality) invites qualified, certified fireworks service providers to submit tenders to design, supply, transport, install, and execute professional display fireworks for three annual events over the term of the agreement. The Municipality intends to award to one supplier based on best overall value, safety, qualifications, and service quality, and will consider one-year, three-year, or five-year agreement options and pricing.

The three events are the Gimli Ice Festival (end of February/beginning of March, annually), Canada Day (July 1, annually), and the Icelandic Festival of Manitoba (August Long Weekend, annually).
