Description

Work of this Contract shall include the provision of labour, materials, products, equipment, and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to erection and construction of a new 5-bay firehall building including associated amenity spaces, where affected by work of this contract at the location of the site in Headingley.

The completed building will be deemed a disaster relief facility therefore Work will include additional sub-base work as referred to in Drawings.
The site services and site improvements work are Not in Contract and are being undertaken by the Public Works Department, RM of Headingley
unless otherwise identified in the Bid Documents.
