Details of OEM (original equipment manufacturers') warranty should be provided in a separate document. The WCB may prefer a product that comes with an OEM warranty that covers a one (1) year term but if that is not available specify duration of OEM warranty available for same.
The WCB expects the Contractor will be able to supply the products onsite at the WCB's facilities located at 333 Broadway within ten (10) Calendar Days after an Agreement has been executed between the parties.
A Contractor that is a corporation or partnership will, prior to providing the Services, provide written proof that it is in good legal standing to carry on business in its home jurisdiction and shall remain so for the duration of the Services.
The Contractor will not be required to have and maintain workers compensation coverage for its workers who will be providing the Services, unless required pursuant to The Workers Compensation Act.
