Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #146 Design Consulting Services for Cityplace Food Court & Building Facade
Manitoba Public Insurance is requesting proposals from architects to provide licensed design professional Services in the capacity of prime consultant supported by sub-consultants deemed necessary to assist with developing a redevelopment plan for the food court and exterior façade of Cityplace.
Cityplace, is an office and retail complex in downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba located at 333 St. Mary Avenue (also known as 234 Donald Street), owned by MPI.
The Services involve programming and concept designs for future upgrades to the second-floor food court and to the first and second floor building façade, as more fully described in the RFP.
*There is a size limitation on bid submissions of 20 MB per file. Multiple files may be submitted.
Mandatory Site Visit:
It is mandatory that the Vendor, or a Representative of the Vendor, attends a site visit to examine the scope of the Service Requirements and the existing conditions (“Site Visit”). A maximum of two (2) people per Vendor shall attend. Prior to the Site Visit Vendors shall confirm their attendance by email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with, Section 6.03
The Site Visit shall be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, starting at 9:00 am local time at the main floor customer service desk of 333 St. Mary Avenue.
The final date for submissions is December 17, 2025 at 4:30 PM (CT). Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP.
