The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to request proposals from qualified firms of accountants to audit its financial affairs, books, accounts, records, transactions and policies for the calendar years ending December 31, 2024, 2025 and 2026 with the possible extension of said contract for the two subsequent years (2027 and 2028).

Sealed submissions clearly marked Request for Proposal 2024-02 – Municipal Auditing Services for the years 2024-2026 will be received by the undersigned at the address below until 11:00am on Thursday, April 4, 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted.

The Municipality retains the right to reject the lowest or any proposal if it does not meet the needs of the Municipality.
