D2. SCOPE OF WORK
D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the removal and replacement of the roof system and metals over the Boiler Room and also to build up the roof area over the Server Room.
D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a) Replace roof over Boiler Room
(b) There is a problem with pooling water on main roof over Server Room. Build up area to displace water toward the drains
D2.3 The funds available for this contract are $360,000.00.
