Description

Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) is inviting Proponents to submit proposals for the selection, implementation, migration, and license support and manage services of two distinct systems a)Sales Audit System and b)Store Replenishment System. These systems form part of the retail and financial infrastructure, directly supporting business-critical activities including financial reconciliation, inventory control, and operational reporting.
The closing date for submissions is October 16, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. Winnipeg time.
The proposal is to be submitted in English.
This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to Manitoba Crown corporations.
