Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) requires an advertising agency(ies) that that values the importance of including diversity, equity, and inclusion considerations into creative development and one that can continue the corporation’s efforts to deliver multicultural marketing campaigns capable of resonating with Manitoba’s diverse population.

The closing date for submission is January 16th, 2026, 4:00 PM Winnipeg time.

Any resulting contract will have an expected duration of three (3) years with two, one-year option years.

The offer is to be submitted in English.

This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to Manitoba Crown corporations.
