Candidates must submit their project proposals by email to:

by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time on June 18, 2025 ("submission deadline").

Information on pricing and costs (“pricing proposal”) must not be included with the rest of the project proposal. The pricing proposal must be submitted to lrink@LGCAmb.ca with the subject line: “Pricing: LGCA Strategic Plan Development.” Pricing proposals must be received no later than 24 hours after the submission deadline and will be reviewed after all project proposals are evaluated. Candidates that include pricing and cost information within the rest of the project proposal will be disqualified.

Please note that the project proposal may be a maximum of 30 pages, including any cover pages and appendices. The pricing proposal is not included in this page maximum.
