The Water Quality Monitoring System (WQMS) team in the department of Manitoba Environment and Climate Change requires the supply and delivery of a new utility boat, complete with an outboard engine and trailer, provided as a single package. The boat must be a utility type; recreational or fishing-style boats will not be accepted. The intended use is for transportation to remote sites with rough water conditions within Manitoba.
