An 'ACAN' is a public notice indicating to the vendor community that Manitoba Hydro intends to award a contract for the goods and/or services to a pre-identified vendor, thereby allowing other vendors to signal their interest and capability to supply the goods and/or services by submitting a statement of capabilities. if no vendor submits a statement of capabilities that meet the requirements set out in this ACAN, at or before the Closing Date, Manitoba Hydro may proceed with the award to the pre-identified vendor. This ACAN is not a legal offer but only an invitation to provide information.
