The City of Flin Flon is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive Information Technology (IT) Support Services for municipal operations.
The successful proponent will be responsible for delivering reliable, secure, and responsive IT services that support the City’s administrative offices, public works, utilities, emergency services, and other municipal departments. Services are intended to ensure continuity of operations, system security, and efficient use of technology across the organization.
The scope of work may include, but is not limited to:
- Helpdesk and end-user support (remote and on-site 24 hrs)
- Network and server administration
- Cybersecurity management and monitoring
- Hardware and software procurement support
- System updates, patching, and maintenance
- Backup and disaster recovery planning and execution
- Microsoft 365 / email administration
- Asset management and documentation
- Strategic IT planning and advisory services
- Emergency response and after-hours support as required
