1. A mandatory bidders briefing has been scheduled for 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 16,
2025, at École Provencher School, 320 De La Cathedrale Ave., Winnipeg, Manitoba.
2. All prime contractors and major sub trade bidders are required to attend. Sub-trades and
suppliers are also invited.
3. Representatives of the Owner and Consultant will be in attendance.
4. Information relevant to the Bid Documents will be recorded in an Addendum and issued
to known bidders.

Additional Bidding Instructions

1. Offers signed under seal, executed, and dated will be received by Louis Riel School
Division, c/o Atkins Realis:
-Located at 148 Nature Park Way, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3P 0X7.
-Before 2:00PM local time on Wednesday July 23, 2025.
-The time piece at the location for receiving bids shall be the only measure for the
exact time.
2. Offers submitted after the above time shall be returned to the bidder unopened.
3. Submit Document 00 41 13 – Appendix F: Schedule of Prices form within forty-eight
(48) hours after closing time for receiving Bid Form.
4. Offers will be opened privately, by the School Division and/or Consultant or The Public
Schools Finance Board at a date and time of the Owner’s choosing.
5. Amendments to the submitted offer will be permitted if received in writing prior to bid
closing and if endorsed by the same party or parties who signed and sealed the initial
offer.
6. Bidders and sub-contractors must be COR/SECOR certified or enrolled in the Canadian
Federation of Construction Safety Association
