D3. SCOPE OF WORK
D3.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of A new steel canopy structure to replace a previous structure destroyed during flooding.
D3.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a) The repair and preparation of existing foundations for the new canopy structure.
(b) The fabrication and installation of a steel pedestrian canopy.
(c) The supply and installation of new lighting, conduit and all associated materials to provide power supply and lighting on the underside of the structure.
D3.3 The following shall apply to the Services:
(a) City of Winnipeg Green Building Policy: New City-Owned Buildings and major additions;
