This Request for Standing Offer (“Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of The Public Service Delivery on behalf of the Buying Group, to prospective Vendors to qualify for the for the Provision of Secured Armoured Car Services, as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Appendix B – Scope of the Deliverables.
