RRC Polytech is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced professionals to perform workplace investigations to address alleged workplace misconduct or disputes including but not limited to situations involving allegations of harassment and/or discrimination. External investigators will be called upon where internal resources do not have capacity to conduct investigations in a timely manner or there are other compelling reasons to require outside resources. Following this RFP, RRC Polytech will establish a roster of external investigators who are pre-qualified to conduct robust, appropriate and timely workplace investigations on an as needed basis. The term of the agreement will be three (3) years, with an option, at the sole discretion of RRC Polytech, to extend the agreement under the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one (1) year option terms. RRC Polytech will make no volume commitment to any Successful Vendor. Details on the complete expected scope of services are included in Schedule E.
