SHSS261227 - Bethesda Hospital Coffee Table

This is an open solicitation for vendors to provide coffee for sale to staff once per month on dates made available by the hospital.  At their own expense, the successful vendors must provide a table-sales area not to exceed 48 square feet, and supplies for selling coffee to the public and staff in the entrance foyer of the hospital.  An electrical outet will be provided by the hospital, but no other utilities or resources will be available.  No rent or commision will be required by the hospital, all sale proceeds collected will remain with the vendor.  A vendor must provide proof to the hospital of being a reliable business that can safely provide coffee for public sale, as well as proof of liability insurance.  The hospital will have no liability for any expenses, fees, insurance, legal claims, or any other costs incurred by the vendor as a result of providing this coffee service.
