St. James-Assiniboia School Division invites tenders for the following projects in Winnipeg, MB:
HERITAGE SCHOOL PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION (47 Heritage Boulevard)

Sealed tenders will be received at the office of Sison Blackburn Consulting, 10-5 Scurfield
Boulevard, Winnipeg, MB, R3Y 1G3, up to 2:00 p.m. local time on May 26, 2023, and shall be
submitted in a sealed envelope, marked:

PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price and an agreement
to bond from an approved surety company.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish an approved surety company performance bond
and labour & material payment bond; each for 50% of the contract price. In addition to the above
the successful bidder must provide liability insurance coverage for a minimum of $5,000,000.00
inclusive limits prior to the start of work.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
Award of separate projects to different bidders will not be considered, however the Owner
reserves the right to delete a project from the tendered work and award only one project to the
successful bidder if the tenders exceed the budgeted amounts..
A mandatory site tour with the Consultant and Owner is not required.
