NOTICE OF TENDER
CITY OF PORTAGE LA PRAIRIE

Submissions are invited for the following Tender:

24 OPS 011 - "Tender for the Elm Street – Shindleman Way Sidewalk"

Tenders will be issued by email upon request by calling the Operations Department, at 204-239-8346.

Generally, the work being tendered includes:

- Base Work
- Culvert Installations
- Concrete Sidewalk Construction
- Boulevard Grading and Sodding

Sealed bids must be received at the Operations Department 495 11th Street NW, Portage la Prairie, MB, R1N 4B3 on or before 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. Emailed submissions must be submitted as a PDF attachment and clearly labelled as indicated in the tender documents. Faxed bids will not be accepted.

Tenders will not be opened publicly. All Tenders shall be irrevocable after the official opening and before the awarding of the contract.

LOWEST OR ANY TENDER NOT NECESSARILY ACCEPTED.
