2024 Bylaw 001 – “REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE PROVISION OF BYLAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES, PARKING TIME LIMITED SPACES, ANIMAL CONTROL ENFORCEMENT AND ANIMAL RETENTION FACILITY FOR THE CITY OF PORTAGE LA PRAIRIE.”

RFPs will be issued by email upon request by calling the Fire Department, at 204-239-8340.

Sealed bids must be received at the Portage Fire Department Building, 124 3rd Street NE, Portage la Prairie, MB, R1N 1N7, on or before 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday, June 28, 2024. Emailed submissions must be submitted as a PDF attachment clearly labelled as indicated in the RFP documents.

All RFPs shall be irrevocable after the official opening and before the awarding of the contract.

LOWEST OR ANY TENDER NOT NECESSARILY ACCEPTED.
