Description

The Treherne Aquatic Centre is seeking qualified contractors to complete the removal of the current pool liner and installation of a new PVC membrane lining at the swimming pool. The Treherne Aquatic Centre is 4534 sq. ft. and includes a Junior Olympic pool and leisure pool with a beach-front entry, aqua climb wall, slide, and lazy river.

Work and materials to include:

Removal of snap cap, skimmers and return faceplates to allow membrane termination;
Replacement of current 12"x 12" main drains with new 18" x 18" main drains;
Remove existing membrane and felt;
Prepare pool basin for install of new felt and membrane;
Install new felt and membrane into pool basin as per manufacturer's specifications, including non-slip surfaces where required, demarcation lines, racing lanes and targets, depth markings;
To re-install or replace faceplates and gaskets and drain covers onto skimmers, return fittings, floor drains and snap cap as required.
Clean site and perform final inspection.
