The following is added to the Tender under INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.

21 A MANDATORY pre-bid site meeting is scheduled for August 15, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., Interested parties shall confirm their intent to attend the mandatory meeting before August 15, 2023, 9 am by way of email to Jeff Young, Contract Administrator (jwyoung@qe-engineering.com). On the day of the meeting, interested parties will gather at the intersection of York Road and Old York Road and attendance will be taken. Failure to attend or be represented at this mandatory site meeting will result in disqualification in any further participation. Late arrivals to the site meeting are discouraged and depending on the degree of lateness may also result in disqualification. Disqualification for late arrival is at the sole discretion of MBQ staff on site. Interested parties are responsible for their own personal protective equipment (PPE). Minimum required PPE include safety boots, hart hard and safety vest.
