Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form and on the conditions indicated in the
Instructions to Bidders, in the amount of 10% of the bid sum and a Consent of Surety in the
amount of 100% of the bid sum, made payable to the Owner.
The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to accept
any bid or to reject any or all bids, to negotiate a contract with any of the bidders and to seek
new, amended or alternative bids in its sole discretion.
