Tenders are being sought from qualified contractors interested in performing work for renovations at 8354 Plank Road Straffordville
Work includes removal of all non-functioning roof penetrations (cap & abandon below the roof line), removal and replacement of the existing steel roofing, eaves trough, fascia & downspouts, and the potential to repair any damaged wood exposed after demolition. The successful contractor(s) will be required to enter into an agreement with the Municipality of Bayham, provide proof of liability insurance coverage in the amount of $2,000,000 and WSIB coverage, as applicable, and comply with requirements of all applicable legislation including the Occupational Health and Safety Act
An on-site meeting with the Consultants will be held at the 8354 Plank Road, Straffordville commencing at 11:00 am. until 12:00 noon on Wednesday, August 2, 2017. Anticipated Completion Date is prior to November 30, 2017.
There will be no extensions granted to the Bid Close date and time.
Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
A contract for the winning successful Bid will be awarded within a one week period.
