The work consists of:
Main Drain
•Supply and install-6 meters of 450mm dia. HDPE plastic sewer pipe incl. rodent gate, quarry stone,
rip-rap protection around pipe and on ditch bank
•Supply and install the following concrete field tile & HDPE pipe
•6 meters of 200mm dia. HDPE sewer pipe (stub)
•24 meters of 300mm dia. HDPE sewer pipe
•429 meters of 300mm dia. concrete tile
•54 meters of 400mm dia. concrete tile
•4 meters of 450mm dia. HDPE sewer pipe
•308 meters of 450mm dia.concrete tile
•Strip, stockpile and relevel topsoil from tile trench and adjacent working area
•Supply and install under Canadian National Railway by jack and boring-28 meters of 508mm (20”)
dia., 7.9mm thickness smooth wall steel pipe HDPE sewer pipe
•Supply and install under Glendon Drive by boring - 24 meters of 324m (12 ¾”) dia., 7.9mm thickness
smooth wall steel pipe
•Supply and install two 900mm x 1200mm ditch inlet catchbasins,and two 600mm x 600mm ditch inlet
catchbasins, including grates, berms, ditching
•Exposing and locating existing tile drains
Branch “A”
•Supply and install 193 m of 300mm dia concrete field tile
•strip, stockpile and relevel topsoil from tile trench and adjacent working area
•Install one 600mm x600mm ditch inlet catchbasins including berm, ditching, removal & disposal of
existing catchbasin
•Exposing and locating existing tile drains
Branch “B”
•Supply and install 173 m of 200mm dia.concrete field tile
•strip, stockpile and relevel topsoil from tile trench and adjacent working area
•Install one 600mm x 600mm ditch inlet catchbasin including berm,ditching, removal & disposal of
existing catchbasin
•Exposing and locating existing tile drains
