Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by the undersigned at the Municipal Office, 153 McKellar Street, Box 218, Glencoe, ON, N0L 1M0 until 12:00 P.M., E.D.S.T. on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 General description of the work: • Supply and installation 6 meters of 250mm (10”) HDPE sewer pipe c/w rodent gate and quarry stone • Supply and installation 225 meters of 250mm (10”) HDPE sewer pipe on crushed stone bedding • Supply and installation of one 600mm x 600mm ditch inlet catchbasin including grates, berms, and ditching • Construction of overflow swale along property line NOTE: This Tender is subject to no appeals as set out in the Drainage Act and final passage of the provisional by-law authorizing construction of the works. If no appeals are received, construction may begin July 1, 2017 Tender forms may be obtained from the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex, 153 McKellar Street, Glencoe, Ontario or on our website at www.southwestmiddlesex.ca. Any or all Addendums will be posted on our website. Contractors are responsible to check website or contact the Municipal office prior to submission of tender. The required bid deposit as tender security shall be in the form of a certified cheque and shall equal the sum of 10% of the value included in the tender price.
