Invitation to Tender for the purchase of Genetec Archiver Streamvault
The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to provide of two (2) Genetec Streamvault to the Canadian Museum of History. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum.
The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Work and Services described in the Invitation to Tender including, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the purchase of two (2) Genetec Streamvault.
To be considered, Bids must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System.
It is anticipated to provide the Deliverables and complete the work by no later than 30 days after Contract Award. Refer to the RFQ Form for further details.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these Goods are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX.
Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Bidders can obtain the award result once posted on MERX.
