The Northern Rockies Regional Municipality is currently looking for formal, written quotations for the undertaking of a residential building demolition.
All quotes must be in written form and be good for 30 days past the closing date. The closing date for this opportunity is September 21, 2017 at 14:00 local time. Quotes will be accepted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “Residential Building Demolition” delivered no later than the Closing Date and Time.
This is a request for quotes and not a call for tenders or request for binding offers. No contractual obligations will arise between the Regional Municipality and any proponent until and unless the Regional Municipality and a proponent enter into a formal, written contract for the proponent to undertake the project contemplated by this RFQ.
Proponents should be aware that the Municipality is a public body defined by and subjected to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act of British Columbia and may be required to disclose the contents of a submission pursuant to that Act.
All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice.
