It is our objective to build out a strategy and infrastructure for a sustainable, integrated, digitally focused annual fundraising program, with a trauma informed, community centered lens.
As an organization, we're at a unique point in time. We've just come out of a successful capital campaign, through focusing on building out our major gift program and building strong community partnerships. As we close our capital campaign, we are looking to be strategic in building out our annual fundraising program. We have growing expenses based on our new building and programs and need to grow our revenue generating streams. We have a forward-looking leadership who is willing to think innovatively around the ways we (a) fundraise, and (b) design our team - i.e.: address the traditional marketing/fundraising silos by building something that is integrated.
Problems we would like to solve:
- Lead generations: as a shelter lead generating has historically been a challenge or high cost for an organization our size. We need engagement and lead generations tools, that will build our revenue streams in a sustainable integrated way.
- Staffing model: currently have a vacant fundraising role, which was the capital campaign manager. We want to design the team that fits with our revenue generating strategies.
- Digital Fundraising/Marketing: as a small charity we have had limited resources to support digital fundraising tools and plans.
