Submissions shall be directed only to the OCWA Contact. Please note the maximum file size is five Megabytes (5Mb). The OCWA Contact shall not be responsible for any e-mail delivery issues or technical problems with regard to the submissions, or if the submission is sent to an email address that is different from the one provided for submissions. It is the Proponent’s responsibility to ensure that the proposal with any applicable attachments have been submitted and received on or before the stipulated date and time.

All information related to cost is to be contained in the "Cost Section" only. The Service Provider shall submit their “Cost Section” in a separate email. The “Cost Section” shall be password locked.
