Description

Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) and the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) are collaborating on this procurement process to seek a Vendor for the provision of Media Planning and Buying Services.

As the operational models are similar for both OLG and LCBO, it was determined that significant efficiencies and benefits were possible if both jurisdictions worked collaboratively on a joint Request for Proposal (RFP) project.
OLG/LCBO want to select a Media Planning and Buying Agency of Record (AOR) to service the varied and diverse media planning and buying needs for these retail advertising, revenue-generating government agencies.

This is an opportunity for a suite of media brands within a holding company or another formalized partnership arrangement that can offer specialized and customized services based on individual client needs.
