1920-053 - Name Screening Software

As part of its conduct and manage responsibilities regarding Gaming Sites across the province of Ontario (which are operated by private sector operators), OLG is required to comply with the Federal Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (“PCMLTFA”).  The PCMLTFA requires OLG to, among other things, report to the Canadian Government’s Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre (“FINTRAC”) transactions that meet certain characteristics or when various conditions/activities are observed.

For this RFP, OLG is interested in the procurement of a cloud-based or SaaS (preferred) Name Screening Software solution and integrated case management tool that will facilitate and record the confirmation or discounting of approximate name matches provided by the name screening algorithm within the software solution.
