Description

This Request for Proposals is an invitation to prospective vendors (each a “Respondent”) to submit a proposal to meet OLG’s requirements for the provision of a cloud-based social media management tool that provides comprehensive content publishing and social care support across all major social platforms. It is the intent that any contract resulting from this RFP will be effective for an initial term of two (2) years with extension options, at OLG’s sole discretion, for two (2) successive periods of twelve (12) months each.

Mandatory Requirements
Respondent must complete the Mandatory Requirements table in Attachment 4 to Schedule B of the RFP. If the Respondent cannot respond with a “Yes” to the following Mandatory Requirement, then they should not respond to this RFP:

Respondent must confirm that their Solution has the ability to encrypt data at rest and in transit.

Respondents shall submit its Proposal electronically to MERX in accordance with the instructions in Attachment 3 to Schedule B to the RFP.
