Description

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (“OLG”) is seeking to procure:
1. a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent management solution;
2. services to implement and integrate the SaaS including to lead the implementation and migrate data to the Solution;
3. support and maintenance services for the fully implemented and integrated SaaS; and
4. ongoing Managed Services related to the continued operation and management of the fully implemented and integrated SaaS.
The successful Respondent will be a SaaS Provider whose role is to, whether individually or as part of a team or joint venture, provide the SaaS, oversee the provision and administration of the Solution and provide the Services required to deliver the Solution.
OLG expects a Proposal that will incorporate a seamless and flexible approach to:
1. the provision of the Solution; and
2. the delivery of Services outlined in this RFP.
OLG expects that this could be achieved with the Respondent licensing, providing and supporting the SaaS and providing all of the Services, or alternatively using a team approach with the Respondent directly licensing, providing and supporting the SaaS and providing the Managed Services, a Systems Integrator providing the Implementation Services to implement and integrate the Solution and migrate data to the Solution and if required, one or more External Module Provider(s) that will license, provide and support any External Modules for functionality required by OLG that is not included within the Respondent’s SaaS.
It is OLG’s intention to enter into one or more separate agreements following the conclusion of the RFP. If the Respondent can provide the SaaS and all of the Services, OLG would expect to enter into one Final Agreement that would include the license, provision and support of the SaaS, provision of the Implementation Services and the Managed Services. If the Respondent’s Proposal contemplates a team approach then OLG would expect to enter into separate Final Agreements as follows:
1. an agreement with the Respondent to license, provide, and support the SaaS and provide the Managed Services (if the Managed Services are not provided by the Systems Integrator) (the “Subscription Agreement”); and,
2. an agreement with a Systems Integrator to provide the Implementation Services to implement and integrate the Solution and migrate data (and provide the Managed Services if the Managed Services are not provided by the Respondent) (the “Services Agreement”); and
3. one or more agreement(s), with External Module Provider(s), as may be required to license, provide and support any External Modules for functionality required by OLG that is not included within the Respondent’s SaaS (each an “External Module Agreement”, collectively the “External Module Agreements”).

OLG is seeking an initial term for all Final Agreements of five (5) years and for each Final Agreement to include three (3) renewal terms of five (5) years each in length.
